God’s subtle weight pervades the world,
Shining upon evil and good.
Apart from His glory, all is dark;
In Him, we live and move and breathe.

The earth is a temple for God’s light;
The body a dwelling for His Spirit.
The face is an icon of the Christ
Who died to redeem our fallen eyes.
